The fastest way to reach us is the support chat in your portal. You write to the care team directly, your case sits right next to the conversation, and your health data stays protected. That is the route we would like you to use for anything about your treatment.

Medical questions about your treatment go to your physician in the portal rather than to the care team, under Ask your physician.

If you cannot get into the portal right now, for example because the login is stuck, send us an email. Questions about your account, subscription, invoice or delivery work that way too.

Please do not send health information by email. Email is not a secure channel for that, the chat in the portal is.

orva is not emergency care. With acute or severe symptoms, contact your doctor, an emergency department or the Swiss emergency number 144.
