orva serves as a technical platform operator, providing the digital infrastructure through which patients gain access to telemedicine services.

Physician Responsibility

All medical services, including questionnaire evaluation, medical history assessment, diagnosis, treatment decisions, and prescription issuance, are the sole responsibility of physicians cooperating with the platform. These physicians are licensed in Switzerland and act independently according to established medical standards.

The treatment relationship exists directly between the patient and the treating physician. orva is not a party to this contractual relationship.

Pharmacy Responsibility

The preparation, verification, and dispatch of medications are carried out by Swiss pharmacies holding valid mail-order licenses. These pharmacies operate independently in accordance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Platform Role

orva does not perform medical assessments, make diagnoses, conduct triage, or dispense medications. The platform serves to coordinate and technically facilitate interactions between the parties involved.

orva is currently in the formation process. Following registration in the commercial register, the relevant details (company number, UID, VAT number) will be added here.
